VOM HEINOLF AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Provide bitch owner with a copy of current negative brucellosis test. 
  • Stud dog is AKC registered.
  • Stud dog has his DNA on profile with the AKC.
  • Stud dog has been OFA'd and is either "EXCELLENT", "GOOD" or "FAIR" for hips and "NORMAL" for elbows.
  • Stud dog is tested CLEAR (N/N) for Degenerative Myelopathy.
  • Promptly sign the litter registration and return it to bitch owner.
  • Provide the bitch owner with a written receipt for the stud service and a record of the breeding date.
  • Provide bitch owner with a complete four (4) generation pedigree of stud dog and a copy of health clearances.


OWNER OF BITCH AGREES TO FOLLOWING:

  • Provide copies of current negative brucellosis test within 14 days of the expected breeding.
  • Bitch is AKC registered.
  • Bitch has been OFA'd and is either "EXCELLENT", "GOOD" or "FAIR" for hips and "NORMAL" for elbows.
  • Bitch will arrive in standing heat.
  • Provide vom Heinolf with a four (4) generation pedigree of bitch and a copy of health clearances.
  • Keep bitch properly confined following the breeding to ensure no other stud can breed her .


BREEDING:

  • At this time we do not offer A.I., natural breedings ONLY.
  • Stud fee is $500.
  • Payment is due in FULL upon the arrival of bitch.
  • If no tie occurs, the stud fee will be refunded.
  • If a tie occurs, the stud fee will not be refunded.
  • If a tie occurs but bitch fails to become pregnant the owner of said bitch MUST notify vom Heinolf IN WRITING no later than 50 days after the date of this contract.
  • If such notice is given in writing, a return service will be given to the same stud dog without charge, at the next heat cycle (and only the next heat cycle).
  • If no notice is given then return service is forfeited.
  • If no litter is conceived after the second breeding, vom Heinolf is under no obligation to offer a return service.
  • VOM HEINOLF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE BREEDING TO ANY BITCH WITHOUT QUESTION!


OTHER:

  • We are not responsible for any injury to bitch if any should occur while in the act of breeding.
  • It is agreed that the bitch owner shall be responsible for any and all expenses relating to the stud service or return stud service.
  • At this time vom Heinolf DOES NOT allow bitches to be boarded. We offer "drive-in" service only!
  • Owner must bring bitch to our home with the necessary paperwork.  If the necessary paperwork is not provided then stud service will be declined.
  • Owner of bitch and vom Heinolf will agree upon a time and date suitable for both in which bitch can be serviced.
