Questionnaire
This questionnaire is the first part of our screening process and to some it might seem intrusive, but please realize it is our responsibility as good breeders to ask you, the potential buyer, these questions. We do not sell our puppies to the first person who shows up with cash in hand. We try our very hardest to place our puppies in only the best homes where they will be forever loved.
The goal of this questionnaire is to learn more about you, your experience level, what type of environment you might be bringing a puppy into, what type of activities you are looking to do with a puppy and what type of drive/temperament you are looking for in a new puppy.
No information from this questionnaire will be sold or used in any other way.
